What exactly am I paying for?

Can Ms. Lumi help with homework, or only with papers you have marked?

Either. Live tutoring is not limited to the mistakes we found — your child can bring any question at all, from any homework, worksheet or textbook, snap a photo of it, and work through it out loud with Ms. Lumi, step by step, until it makes sense.

What are personalised practice papers?

When your child gets a question wrong, Find similar questions builds a fresh practice paper from real past-year questions on that exact weakness — so revision targets the gap instead of repeating what they already know. It comes with any subscription. The Plus plan adds ready-made topical papers for every syllabus topic, and lets you build your own paper by topic, in your own words, or from a photo of a question.

What does connecting to ChatGPT or Claude do?

It lets you ask them about your child directly. Connect once, then ask something like "how is she doing in Science?" and get a detailed analysis of her marked work — where she stands, which topics are slipping, what to revise next, and study tips and homework set to the exact gaps. Comes with any subscription.

Do my top-ups expire?

Pay-as-you-go top-ups never expire. Subscriptions refresh your marking allowance each month.

Will I get surprise charges?

No. Subscriptions are a fixed monthly amount; top-ups are one-time. You only spend what you buy.
